Communication Is Key:

One of the most common horror stories about photographers is that they stop replying or responding to clients. Mr. La's policy is to always remain in contact with clients, and will always respond to questions in a timely fashion. My phone number listed in the contact page is a direct number to my cell phone. I am available via texting, calls, and email (Although texting is preferred).

Customer Satisfaction:

When you hire me to be your headshot photographer, you are not just hiring me to point the camera and press a button. You are hiring me to help bring out your best facial expression, and through my direction and coaching, I can capture that.

You will be working with me personally throughout the entire experience at Mr. La Photography, everything from booking your session to the final edits.

Relaxing is key and I will be paying very close attention to your eyes and lips. Throughout the session, I will be communicating with you and also showing you the shots, sharing with you what's working and what's not.

A lot of photographers tend to just shoot, say, "ok, we're done, they're great, let's move on". That is not the case with Mr. La Photography. You will get to review your photos on my camera, and in some cases, view them through my smartphone for further details.

My guarantee is that we do not move on until we both determine there are usable shots for each and every look.
